EABASSOC Foam Generator

EABASSOC foam generator is a compact and mobile foaming machine that produces the required foam for making lightweight foamed concrete (CLC or Aircrete). This foam is very stable over time and is suitable for applications where strength is essential such as building walls or other structures.

The EABASSOC foam generator uses a 'dry' method of foaming, which produces a very stable and uniform mixture of water and foaming agent. The foam has excellent resistance to a range of different temperatures and water quality. It has good thermal insulation properties and a high strength to weight ratio making it ideal for applications such as load bearing walls or retaining walls.

Aircrete is a cellular lightweight concrete that is produced by mixing cement, lime, pulverized fuel ash and aluminum powder with water. The chemical reaction catalyzed by the aluminum forms multiple air bubbles that then dissolve, creating a very light-weight block.

It can also be manufactured in a variety of densities from 200 kg/m3 to 1,600kg/m3 depending on the application. It is cheaper to produce than autoclave aerated concrete.

Foamed concrete can be pumped into moulds or directly into structural elements. It requires up to 24 hours to solidify, if steam curing is used, and may be formed into blocks or slabs.

It has excellent fire-resistance and a dense cell structure, which means it can absorb energy and stop moving objects. It is also resistant to earthquakes.
