Description： Sodium silica lumbar, commonly known as effervescent alkali, is an inorganic substance with the chemical formula Na203i, and its aqueous solution is widely known as hydrochlorella, which is a kind of mineral adhesive. Its chemical formula is Na203Si; it is a valuable inorganic silicate with a wide range of uses.

Application Areas:

1. Construction and building materials

Adhesive: used in the manufacture of refractory materials, ceramic bricks, and concrete to enhance the strength and high-temperature resistance of materials.

Soil Reinforcement: used as grouting material to reinforce foundations or tunnels and improve soil stability.

Waterproof treatment: Used for waterproofing layers on walls and underground or repairing concrete cracks.

2. Industrial manufacturing

Foundry industry: used as a binder for sand molds (casting molds) to help molding and improve high-temperature resistance.

Paper industry: used as a binder for corrugated cardboard to enhance hardness and water resistance; adjust pulp pH.

Metal surface treatment: clean the metal surface before plating or welding, and remove grease and oxides.

3. Chemical raw materials

Silicate products: produce silica gel (desiccant), molecular sieve (adsorbent), silica (rubber reinforcing agent) and so on.

Catalyst carrier: used for catalyst preparation in the petrochemical industry.

4. Detergents and cleaning agents

Detergents: Enhance the ability to remove dirt, soften water, and prevent metal corrosion.

Soap filler: improves soap hardness and reduces scale generation.

5. Textile printing and dyeing

Bleaching and dyeing auxiliaries: stabilize bleaching agents (e.g., hydrogen peroxide) and improve dyeing uniformity.

Fire protection treatment: impregnate fabrics or wood to enhance fire retardant properties.

Paste: Enhance yarn strength in weaving.

6. Ceramics and glass industry

Fluxes: Reduce the melting temperature of ceramics and glass and promote molding.

Glaze additives: Improve glaze luster and durability.

7. Water treatment

Corrosion Inhibitors: Prevent pipeline corrosion in circulating water systems.

Flocculant: Promote precipitation of suspended matter and purify water.

Heavy metal removal: reacts with heavy metal ions in wastewater to generate precipitation.

8. Anti-corrosion and fire prevention materials

Fireproof coating: Used for steel structures or wood to retard the spread of fire.

Sealants: Fill pores and improve corrosion resistance (e.g., car exhaust pipe sealing).

9. Other fields

Cosmetics: as toothpaste rubbing agent or emulsion stabilizer.

Agriculture: to improve acidic soil or as fertilizer binder.

Oil extraction: used in oil field water injection to thicken and improve recovery rate.

Environmental protection: curing hazardous waste (such as radioactive material) and preventing leakage.

Packing: Kraft paper 3-in-1 composite bag, 25kg/bag, tonne bag or pallet (750kg tonne bag/1000kg tonne bag)

Storage and Transportation Methods and Precautions: Sealed and kept in a ventilated and dry room without direct sunlight, transported and stored at 5~35℃.

It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-combustible, and non-dangerous.

Note: If you want to dissolve in water, add water first, then add sodium silicate.
